Frequently asked questions

A qualified lead is a genuine enquiry from a couple who has completed our landing page form in full. To submit the form, they must provide their name, contact details, preferred wedding date, approximate guest numbers, and indicative budget. We filter out test submissions, duplicate enquiries, and anything that doesn't meet the minimum qualification criteria. If you ever receive a lead that clearly isn't genuine, contact us and we'll replace it — no quibble.

Some couples will enquire and then go quiet — that's the nature of wedding planning and it happens with every lead source. We provide a follow-up email sequence to help you re-engage non-responders. On managed plans, we can also help you review your follow-up approach if conversion rates are lower than expected. We don't offer refunds for individual leads that don't convert, but we do monitor the overall conversion rate and adjust campaign targeting if quality drops.

No minimum contract. We operate on a rolling monthly basis — you can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. We build long-term client relationships because we deliver results, not because we lock you in. That said, campaigns do compound over time — the longer we run, the more data we have to optimise against, and the better the results tend to get.

Never. Geographic exclusivity is one of the core principles of how Wedlinks works. We define a catchment area with you at the start of the engagement, and we will not take on another club whose primary catchment overlaps with yours. This is what makes the leads exclusive — if you're getting an enquiry, it's because we're not sending it to anyone else.

Very little. We handle the landing page build, the ad creative, and the campaign setup. To do our best work, it helps to have: a selection of real wedding photography from your venue (even 6–10 good shots), your venue hire pricing guide, and 30 minutes on a call with us to understand your ideal couple and catchment area. If you don't have wedding photography yet, we can help you plan a content shoot.
