The big wedding directories have one fundamental problem: they sell the same lead to every venue on their platform. A couple searches for "golf club wedding Surrey," clicks on six venues, and sends an identical enquiry to all of them. You're not competing on the quality of your venue at that point — you're competing on who replies fastest and quotes the lowest price.

That's before you factor in the listing cost, the review management, the premium placements you have to keep paying for just to appear at the top. It's a treadmill that benefits the directory, not the club.

Audience targeting — finding the right couples

We use Meta's advertising platform (Facebook and Instagram) to build a custom audience of recently engaged couples within your target geographic area. We layer on life event signals, interest data, and lookalike audiences built from your existing enquiries to make sure we're reaching people with genuine wedding intent — not just anyone who's ever looked at a golf course.

We typically target a 15–30 mile radius around your club, adjusted based on your catchment area and the type of wedding you're positioning for. You don't pay for clicks from Manchester if you're in Hampshire.

The landing page — built for your club, optimised for enquiries

We don't send traffic to your club's general website. We build a dedicated landing page for your wedding offering — focused, distraction-free, and designed to do one thing: turn a curious engaged couple into a warm enquiry.

The page features real photography of your venue, a clear description of the experience you offer, and a short form that qualifies the couple before they get in touch. We handle the build, the hosting, the copy, and the optimisation. You don't need to touch your existing website.

Pages are A/B tested continuously. If a different headline or hero image gets more enquiries, we update it. You get the best-performing version at all times.

Lead delivery — straight to your inbox

When a couple completes the form, you receive an instant email notification with their full enquiry — name, contact details, preferred date range, approximate guest numbers, and any notes they've added. You have everything you need to pick up the phone or send a personalised reply within the hour.

Every lead is exclusively yours. We work with one club per geographic area, so there is no scenario where the same couple's details are sent to a competitor down the road.

Follow-up support — converting enquiries into bookings

Getting the enquiry is step one. Converting it into a signed contract is where most venues leave money on the table. We provide a proven email follow-up sequence you can send to every enquiry — three emails over ten days that keep your venue front of mind, answer common objections, and move the couple towards a show-round.

On our managed plans, you also get a monthly strategy call to review what's working, adjust targeting, and plan ahead for peak booking periods (typically January–March and September–October).

"How do I know these leads are any good?"

It's the right question. Every lead generation service makes promises. Here's what makes ours different.

Before a couple's enquiry reaches you, they've completed a short qualification form. We ask for their preferred wedding date, approximate guest numbers, and budget range. Anyone who isn't genuinely looking for a wedding venue won't bother filling it in.
