Founded in 1924, Oakfield Park Golf Club is one of Surrey's best-kept secrets for weddings. Our Grade II listed clubhouse blends Edwardian elegance with modern comforts, creating an atmosphere that is both intimate and grand.

Whether you're dreaming of an outdoor ceremony on the ceremony lawn, a reception in our glass-fronted Orangery overlooking the 18th fairway, or an intimate dinner for 30 in the private dining room — we have the perfect setting.

Your Questions Answered

Can we have an outdoor ceremony?
Yes — our Ceremony Lawn is fully licensed for outdoor ceremonies for up to 200 guests. We also have a covered weather contingency that goes up in under an hour, so you never need to worry about the great British weather.
Do you offer exclusive hire?
Yes. All packages from The Parkland upwards include exclusive hire of the venue, meaning no other events or members on the day. The Elopement package uses dedicated private spaces but does not include full exclusive hire.
Is there accommodation nearby?
We have a complimentary bridal suite included in The Grand Estate package. We also have a list of recommended hotels within a 10-minute drive, including a partner hotel offering a preferential rate for Oakfield Park wedding guests.
Can we bring our own suppliers?
You're welcome to bring your own florist, photographer, band or DJ, and cake maker. We have an approved list of caterers and bar suppliers, though we're happy to discuss alternatives at enquiry stage.
How do we secure our date?
Dates are held with a 20% deposit and a signed venue hire agreement. Popular dates (Saturdays June–September) book up 12–18 months in advance, so we recommend enquiring as early as possible.
